We had installed Valoriani oven in our restaurant by Orchard Owens. Authentic Italian oven, we are using the oven mainly for pizzas. We have been very happy with our oven.

Having travelled in Italy for over two decades, and owning a house in Tuscany, I knew that a real wood oven is key to making real pizza, and many other dishes, such as tapas. I spent a lot of time researching the best ovens both in Italy and the UK, and it all pointed to Valoriani ovens and the UK team. It took me a few years, but throughout the process, the team were never pushy, and always happy to answer questions honestly, even when that meant them losing money (I was originally looking at a 1.2 metre oven, but was advised a 1 metre oven would be more than adequate! Andrew, Dino and the team are professional, friendly and true craftsmen. They help you build your dream and work through your plans and offer practical advice on design and build. Every Friday night is pizza night, but we also grill, bake, BBQ and do tapas. I would not trust anyone else, and the team are always there to support you, so to put it simply, don’t waste time looking anywhere else, go with the team that have been supplying and building them for decades – that’s a testament in its own right as many other suppliers fold in a year and aren’t around if you need support afterwards…

I do not own one of these ovens (yet) but having experienced cooking and eating the efforts of my labour, I was totally blown away at how easy and how even the cooking platform was. I cooked pizza’, bread, fish and even a full chicken. The wood-fired experience and flavour simply changes good food into great food and with the added novelty of eating alfresco it truly is a delight and I am sold on the idea! I know this is not a review of a product I own but the experience of using it made me want one! A truly amazing experience and every home should have one.

I have a Valoriani FVR in my garden and have had it for 6 years now. It is amazing. We use it for much more than Pizza's, we even do the Chrismas lunch in it! A fantasic product, really well made and will probably outlive me! A great oven by a very well respected company.
