Really helpful and friendly highly recommended

Went here to replace a five year old e cig but the sales lady there advised me that new batteries, a charger and a new atomiser would be far better, she wasn't wrong, very happy with her help and advice, it's always nice when a companies priority is satisfying their customers

Brilliant customer service. We had a query about some coils and contacted them online. They replied on the same day, which was a Sunday, their day off. Efficient, friendly, nothing too much trouble for this team. Then, ordered on Monday morning online and the goods arrived the next morning! Perfect. That said, having read their procedure for click and collect, I will happily use it as it seems so safe! Well done No Match. Showing how it ought to be done.

Quality products for good prices . Totally recommended is the atom e cig. And the innokin pocketbox. Popped in today to grab some of the USA range .steep and USA come highly recommended. Big thanks to Sam and Sophie who are fabulous knowledgeable and friendly staff. I always feel welcome when im in the shop. quality is really good here since using no match products I haven't found any that I like more. 5 stars from me .

Once they have your money, they have no interest in you whatsoever! The customer after sales service is a disgrace. I took my Cobra battery back after 7 days, due to an intermittent fault. The guy in the shop charged it over night (not quite sure what this would achieve!), the next day told me it was fine. It lasted another 2 weeks then broke again. Took it back once more, to be told it was out of warranty and had to buy a new one. I explained that I had previously brought it in with the fault, to be told, "oh no, this is something completely different" (yeah right!!). They were off hand and completely unhelpful. I now go to a shop in Leyland where the staff are lovely, helpful and honest.

Bought a cobra battery for £45.00... fittings came loose. Sent off for repair with one day left before 1 month warranty expired... a new one was sent out. Less than 6 weeks later it just packs in all together... sent for repair and I'm told the first one wasn't in warranty, therefore they will not repair this one/replace!! Outraged, the first one was in warranty, but they dont seem to care. Appalling customer service!
