Jack and Emma were extremely professional. They were very efficient in getting completion done in a record breaking time before Xmas which was totally unforseen. We have just completed a home purchase in Preston and employed Vincents to facilitate the transaction for us. Hopefully we won't be moving house again anytime soon but we'll never use anyone else! We had a selection of solicitors call us to give us quotes through the selling agents. Jack called and I took to him straight away, the quote I was sent was transparent. I originally thought they were a lot higher prices than the cheaper quote I received but when I compared the two quotes side by side a few things were missing from the cheaper one (search fees etc...) That would have bumped up the price. Vincent's we're about £50 more expensive than my cheapest quote but I'm so happy we went with them. Vincent's have been amazing from beginning to end. They always answered the phone, Jack and Emma would respond to my email within hours (sometimes minutes!). We had quite a complicated sale and purchase and I think I might have gone insane if it wasn't for Jack and Emma's support. They were a million miles away from the solicitors we used on our first purchase who never answered the phone or emails and took weeks to post out paperwork. The others were a cheap but big firm so we never spoke to the same person twice (when we got through, which was rare). Vincent's were amazing from begining to end and I would highly recommend them!
