This was my first ever visit. As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted by friendly helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome and left to browse. I had an appointment with Bev. What a wonderful lady. So very kind and helpful. I was looking for an outfit for my birthday party, found the perfect one, along with shoes and a few items from the sale too. Mention to Alison also for helping me when I first arrived. Will definitely be visiting again to view the autumn and winter collection, possibly bringing my daughter too. An amazing place for choice and customer service. Encouraged by a previous visit several years ago for a Mother of the Bride outfit we made no hesitation in making a return trip to Flamingo for a Mother of the Groom outfit this time. Great selection of outfits from many designers at varying prices. Sorted on our first visit and offered a seamstress as well for minor alterations. Much appreciation must go to Paula in Flamingo who was amazingly supportive 👏

I visited Flamingo with my daughter to look for my mother of the bride outfit. What a fabulous shop. The staff are amazing and gave me helpful and constructive advice. The choice is extensive with something to suit everyone. I tried on numerous dresses. I spent over 2 hours in the shop and came away with a complete outfit, dress, shoes, bag and hat. Thank you so much, I will certainly recommend you to my friends.

Was very underwhelmed by my shopping experience considering the prices of the gowns. First thing was the big confusion of trying to find the emails I’d sent regards to specific gowns I’d seen online. The computer lady wasn’t in today! I chose several gowns from the rails and was shunted into a small ‘spare’ cubicle full of someone’s else’s clothes whilst my future daughter-in-law hovered outside without so much of an offer of a seat. I did choose a dress which needing altering slightly but was told to find my own dressmaker. Not a shop I would rush back to.

I took my mother for a mother of the bride outfit. She is barely mobile and hasn’t been out of the house due to illness for the last 5 months, so it wasn’t an easy task. The ladies were extremely helpful and made us all feel very comfortable. We left with a lovely outfit for her. Thank you everyone for your help and kindness.

April 2022 - I had the best experience shopping for my MOB dress. Steph's customer service was excellent, so patient and professional. I tried on so many outfits and was not rushed in anyway. I put two dresses away as I could not decide due to so many choices. I returned to the shop two days later with my hubby. The owner of the shop, Pervez was lovely with me, and again I received great customer service. All of the staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.I can't recommend this shop enough and hope that one day, I will have another reason to return. After sales service from Joseph and Steph was also superb in dealing with my enquiry. Thankyou.

Very helpful and stocked a wide range of dresses in many sizes. My wife found the dress she required for a wedding we are attending. The staff were brilliant

I can honestly say I was shocked at finding a dress that needing altering to be told at point of sale to find my own seamstress and when I said I didn't know of one, the lady said it was probably best to leave it. My friend said "well I think you've lost a sale" to be told "I'm not bothered about losing the sale, it needs to fit you properly!" Surely, I'm not on my own when I say I was expecting them to have a seamstress and to expect me to get my own when spending £450! I think the word is "gobsmacked!!!!!!"

Visited shop looking for dress for my daughters wedding. Lovely shop, so much stock and choice. Really want to say what makes this shop, apart from that is the two lovely ladies Jill and Bev. Professional, honest, and so very friendly. Loved meeting you both.
