By far the best Florist me and my wife have ever experienced. Had some horrible history with florists over the years. Everything from delivery to service was brilliant. Thank you so much!

Ordered a £50 bouquet of flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary (not including delivery, this was a further £8), and the bunch that turned up looked like they were straight out of the supermarket. To be fair, they looked like the nicer end of what's on offer at the supermarket, but definitely didn't look like they're worth £50.
I got in touch with Pamela Jane Florist because I honestly thought they had sent me the wrong arrangement. Apparently not. I received an apology "that i thought they were on the small side", along with a list of different ("premium") flowers which were included in there. I would argue that if you need to be a botanist to appreciate a bouquet, then the florist isn't doing their job properly.
We've had this little bunch of flowers with us for a day or so now, and they've been seen by at least 6 people in our house who I've asked; "how much do you reckon they're worth?".
"A tenner" seems to be the average response.
They're in a vase on my dining table right now and a third of them are already looking more deflated than my regret for not going to The Secret Garden instead. I swear the ones that have survived 3 days are laughing at me for getting mugged-off by a florist.

Paid £50 for an arrangement that looks like it was literally thrown together plus flowers are dead and limp dry, avoid at all costs!! Don’t waste your money wish I had seen the reviews prior to buying

Quick turnaround to make up a large bouquet - 10 minutes, presented very well & the Mrs was happy with them - thank you.
Purchased on Wednesday, it's Monday as I write this & they look as good as new 💐

PLEASE AVOID! I ordered these flowers for a very special occasion and was absolutely horrified by what arrived at the door (see attached pictures of what the bouquet should have looked like and what I received)
The picture showed a minimum of 4 roses however I only had 1! For £50 1 rose is embarrasing! Half of the flowers were dry and had already started to wilt! I also paid for the luxury bouquet! The bouquet was that bad that i went to morrisons as a last resort and got another much better bouquet for £35.
The customer service was very poor, with both the florist and eflorist both stating that the flowers are all down to seasonality but failed to realise that customers should be made aware of what is/isnt available before ordering! Proces should alsp be modified to reflect availablility!
They were very unprofessional and refused to offer a refund and directed me to eflorist despite eflorist advising me to contact the florist!
Honestly guys, just avoid this place altogether and save your money! Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars but would have if I could!

I ordered my wedding bouquet and boutonnières from Pamela Jane and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were exactly what I wanted. On top of that, I got an excellent service. Thank you to the whole Team!

We ordered our wedding flowers from Pamela Jane Florist and she was brilliant to work with from the very start. Being attentive to what we wanted, to throwing in her own ideas of what would look great against the colour of the dress's & suits from her knowledge and it did not fail to disappoint. Our flowers were absolutely stunningly beautiful, fresh and beautifully wrapped and perfect size. Delivered to our wedding venue hassle free. Would highly recommend.

Ordered funeral flowers for my husband. Specific colours which he would have liked. They are absolutely stunning. Couldn't wish for anything better. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much.

My elderly mum ordered blue and white flowers for a baby boy who sadly died.
She went in and was very clear about what was ordered, paying an extra £10 for a nearby delivery because the shop deliver themselves.
What arrived was a brown and wilted bouquet of pink flowers. She was very upset and rang to complain but the promised call-back never happened.
