I was treated to a voucher and upgraded to include the Hero back,face and scalp treatment and Im so glad I did, Dawn, the therapist was welcoming, knowledgable, attentive and most importantly experienced. I have to say it was one of the best massages and facials I have had, will definately be going back soon!

Had a lovely massage today with Ella. She was so professional and made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment was relaxing and the pressure was just right. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing staff. I’ll definitely be booking again!🤍

Please avoid this place . Worst experience ever . No treatment completed as they did not advise the change of therapist even when they called to check I will keep the booking . They gave me a trainee that was when I asked her about her experience. That’s how knew that therapist was not there . Worse no scrub full waste of time . When I asked the girl about scrub as it was no feeling at all, she said that my hot stone time will be less as I am using treatment time asking question and still pay full price . The girl had no experience and it was the worst experience of my life with spa. Just the worst company worst experience ever . People just avoid .

Visited today as I was off work welcomed by a lovely young lady who took me up to one of the massage rooms who then gave me a wonderful, relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage will definitely be coming back

Had the Hero's back, shoulder and scalp massage. It was the best treatment I have ever had. Staff were so lovely and knowledgeable. Id definitely be going back for a hot stone massage next time to get rid of the knots in my shoulders. Thank you!

I have been to Elements a few times now for back neck & shoulder massages. Excellent service from Dawn & Kaitlyn, all the knots are out in my back. All the staff are welcoming & friendly. 10/10. They also have high quality products which you can buy that all have a lovely scent. Highly recommended. Thank you very much again. ❤️

Ellie H is a great therapist with exceptional massage skills. As a Physio I stand most of the day and have a busy schedule. I get upper back tension but also like the relaxation aspect of massages. Ellie gets the tone right for what I need and has great hands on massage skills. I always book with her now when I can and can recommend the spa in general. Have been coming for a while now and will keep on re-booking. Thank you Ellie, I always feel relaxed after my sessions.

I cannot fault any of the staff or treatments. I have had BIAB nails, eyebrow tint and wax, massage, facials and pedicures. The staff are friendly, listen to you and have a good chinwag. They all have their areas where they thrive and I find myself returning more and more often!

Rebecca is fab at her job - not sure how she manages such an effective massage when she’s so tiny!! She was thoughtful, caring and thorough. I’m a novice with back massages but will definitely have the Earth one again! Thank you!!
