Linda not Andy. I regularly swim at Priory. It's a lovely experience. The receptionists are the best. The lifeguards are the best. My fellow swimmers are friendly, and several have become good friends away from the pool. I definitely recommend you to come and use/support your local pool.

When you call or visit to go swimming, the receptionist staff will just immediately say they are full. Even when they are not, they are at half capacity and will just lie for some reason to turn you away. It's like it's too much effort for them to book you in, like they are doing you a favour. Spoken to three different receptionists, all rude and obnoxious. It's a shame because the pool is great for the little ones and it's in a good spot.

I haven't been for a few years, and I have now started to swim again, pool is more than adequate and temp good, as long as they keep up on maintaining the changing /locker toilet & shower facilities, it's an excellent exercise facility.

Wanted to book online and been trying for two days. Managed to get in my basket but could not proceed. I finally got through on the phone to a lady called Roxanne who said she could book it. However because it was in my basket it wouldn’t let her but also would not let me remove it. I was made to feel that it was my fault that we couldn’t book it when it was your systems that were not working. (Used it many times before) I had to ask Roxanne how can we get this resolved as I want to book. She said we would have to set someone else up in the household to book. Which we did. I also said maybe you could flag the problem with your website to whoever looks after it. This comment was completely ignored and she just repeat that’s booked now.

Website is terrible, the swimming timetable is wrong, can't book swimming for more than one person and keep getting error messages when trying to book individually. No one will answer the phone so you are stuck

Came for a fun swim with four lads aged 8-10. Love that there are floats available. Don't love the pirate atmosphere with some older children taking away floats from others to stack up on top of each other. Life guards hesitant to intervene. Great gallery to sit and watch the fun from however I did not enjoy viewing the defence my little lot had to mount to keep hold of 'shared' equipment. In the end things calmed down but the odd whistle wouldn't hurt from those in charge, I'd like to see a more firm but fair approach.
