Was hired for a private funeral reception, there were disabled parking bays, and wheelchair access. The food was delicious, and the staff efficient and friendly, have been before and the service was the same 😊

I attend here for Andy's Man Club on a Monday night (mens mental health, peer to peer support group). Can't rate the club highly enough, they provide 3 rooms to help support the charity and in doing this have had a massive positive impact on many men going through very tough times. I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who agreed to support AMC in this way

We played in a seniors 4 man team the course was in a pretty good condition for the time of year and the greens excellent. We started off with fried egg and bacon rolls.and after golf we had a lamb casserole which was very tasty.Well done Penwortham. Thanks to all the staff members who made us very welcome

Great day of golf held at this location. Slight lack of communication initially from the original organiser, as they had left the location. But chef was great and fulfilled the required elements. So a big thank you for that. Course and weather certainly made for a great day of golf, and not too busy either, led to a nice relaxed round for 10 of us attending. Would certainly look at booking for future events in years to come.

Fabulous venue for a party!! Food was delicious too, staff all very friendly and bar not overpriced! Great evening!

This is a challenging course. It is very well maintained greens and fairways very neat. First cut really savage and binding on both club and ball. Club house excellent and food superb.

Went for something to eat the other day. The service was fantastic and the food was really tasty. Fish chips and peas, cheese and bacon burgers, steak pie were all consumed and everyone agreed how nice the food was. Excellent views across the course too.

Greens were great considering weather, great facility and course was fantastic, little bit of water on 15th fairway on the lower parts of course but not an issue as par 3 carry. Overall highly recommend, would love to play again. Service from clubhouse was on point with table service in line with regulations

We had a celebration of my mother in law's life here after we lost her to Covid during the lockdown. Staff excellent, really helpful and discreet. The recommended caterers were also superb. We had a lovely day and did mum proud.
