Cannot recommend Michael Bailey estate agents highly enough!! When we found a house we wanted to buy, the vendors would only accept our offer if we accepted an offer on ours within 3 weeks. As our house wasn’t even on the market, this was a very tight timeframe. However the team at Michael Bailey EA delivered. Amazing professional photos, brilliant description and marketing the property to potential buyers already known to him…. We were able to accept an offer within the 3 week window. Special mention to Elliott in the Sales Progression Team who was always on hand to guide us through the buying and selling process (plus acting as a therapist when it wasn’t going to plan with other sales in the chain!) I have sworn we are never moving again, but if we ever do, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!!

Wow you are all amazing who work here. We had loads of issues with our house purchase solicitors the agent of the house we were buying did absolutely nothing. Elliott the sales progresser made sure and went over and above what he needed to do. If it hadn’t of been for him we would not have moved on the we day we should. He sorted out the seller of the property we were buying and although it was super stressful day it was still completed. From loosing our buyer to gaining a new one so quickly everything was done with ease and stress was low until the end! They really all are a fantastic team and although I will never move again I would recommend you to everyone because the service we received was by far the best. We were getting messages early evening rather than waiting days at a time really fantastic thank you again x

When we had to put my late parents house on the market we had 4 agents come round and give us a quote. Michael Bailey came and gave us a relaxed review on the property and explained fully what to expect from the service he provided. He wasn’t the cheapest quote but we felt the extra services that were provided were more than worth the extra. Within 2 weeks of putting the property on the market we had 4 viewings and 2 offers, so the price suggested was obviously on the button. We have been very impressed with the sales progression team who have kept us up to date with the progression and this is a service that we weren’t really knowledgeable about but it has certainly been a bonus to the services that the main high street agents provide. Michael Bailey’s estate agent was recommended to me and then I noticed properties advertised by them seemed to be sold very quickly. I had several estate agents visit the property and value it but Michael had a realistic view of the value and a plan to advertise it and sell it that I felt was proactive and positive. The cost of the service was slightly more than the mainstream estate agents but I was impressed with Michael and his vision and believed he would be successful. I was not disappointed! Whilst there were highs and lows along the journey I was supported along the way by a number of his staff. I felt that I was their only client and was supported by a very kind and competent team, who were honest and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Using Michael and his team for selling our home has been a dream start to finish! From the get go Michael reassured me in his confidence to achieve the timescale/price we were after and from start to finish delivered on that. Choosing an estate agent is never fun, and I was unsure initially, through complete honesty, due to there being many “budget” estate agents available. I initially even put my home on the market with one of them which proved to be a disaster of chasing calls, emails and progress. 6 months later I contacted Michael again and we got our home on the market. To say from that point on was smooth sailing would be an understatement. The team we absolutely incredible, there for my every need/worry. Keeping me informed of every bit of progress that was made and because of them, not only did the house sale complete super efficiently (9 weeks!) but my overall stress level was none existent.
